How can I modify my profile information?

On the affiliate registration home page, click on the “My Profile” link at the top of the page. After the page reloads, select “Go” next to Update Profile. If you change your information, click Save at the bottom of the screen.

What are the monthly service charges?

Service partners pay a monthly service fee immediately after their agent successfully completes the customer certification course. These fees apply to each agent and are non-negotiable. Fees do not apply to registrants in the process of registration or agents who are not yet active.

Arise’s a service fee of $39.50 per month is applied to the infrastructure provided by Arise, including 24-hour customer support and the StarMatic scheduling system.

Is Arise’s job?

Our business model is a business-to-business relationship. This means that we are not offering a job, but a business opportunity. At some point in the registration process, you will be asked to start your own business (registered legal entity) or join an existing business to serve one of our clients.

What is my Agent ID / User ID?

Your Agent ID / User ID is the number with which you are identified on Arise systems for security reasons. You can find your Agent ID / User ID in the upper right corner of the Arise dashboard.
